Defendant Dr. Jeffrey M. Ford was charged under a four count indictment for violations of the drug laws. He was convicted on all counts and sentenced to fifty-one months imprisonment and three years of supervised release. Dr. Ford raises three issues on appeal: the district court erred in denying a motion to suppress evidence seized during a warrantless search; the district court erred in admitting into evidence a book entitled Secrets...
